Each year the Cobb Schools Foundation awards grants to teachers in the Cobb County School District. The grant applications are submitted for review by a panel of judges and the winners are announced in late fall. IMPACT Grants are awarded annually and this year’s applications must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. on October 6, 2018. Winners will be notified by December 1, 2018.
We support innovative and creative ideas in teaching and learning. Grants for a teacher, team of teachers, specialists or school allow for the implementation of educational programs and initiatives that would otherwise go unfunded. Grants to teachers will provide start up funds, enable collaboration, recognize creativity and help teachers bring learning to life in creative ways.
Each teacher or team wishing to receive a Grant must complete an Educational Impact Grant Application. Grants awarded will range from $250 to $2,500. Awarded grants will be reviewed by the Cobb Schools Foundation twice a year.
